Rick Sinnett is a muralist, printmaker, curator, and self-described visual folk artist. His artwork, which characteristically pulls from nature and the land of his youth, incorporates bold lines, vibrant colors, and repeated patterns. His early artistic career took him from Mustang, OK, to California, where he adopted the moniker “Mothman,” due to the animals and natural elements that serve as the foundation of his compositions.
